Michael is a Senior Director with Qualcomm Ventures, based in Silicon Valley. His primary investment areas are 5G, automotive, AI and edge computing.
Throughout his career, Michael has focused on technology startups. He was previously a managing director at Samsung Ventures and an investor at Harris & Harris Group and ARCH Venture Partners. He founded a semiconductor startup with a university researcher and founded a startup to create new engineering polymers. He also worked in the mobile semiconductor industry, in M&A and corporate strategy at Arm, and in semiconductor fabrication at Motorola.
Michael has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, and an MBA from Chicago Booth..
